avoidaiwriting.com provides an AI writing detection and rewriting tool available via web interface and API. The service is operated by Fernwillow Holdings LLC, a Washington limited liability company.
Credits are purchased through Stripe. All sales are final. Credits do not expire but may become unusable if the service is discontinued. Token burns on Solana are irreversible by design.
Pricing may change at any time. Existing purchased credits will be honored at the rate at which they were bought.
API keys are issued per-email and are non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Revoke compromised keys immediately via the developer dashboard.
Rate limits: 60 requests per minute, 100 requests per day per key. Exceeding limits results in 429 responses, not account suspension.

Audit content retention. Text submitted for audit is sent to the Claude API (Anthropic) for processing and the full input and result are saved to your account history so you can review past audits at /history. You can delete individual audits or purge your entire history at any time, and turn off audit saving for future audits via the account toggle on /history (per- audit override on the audit form). Storage is Vercel KV (Upstash, encrypted at rest). We do not run a scheduled purge — audits remain until you delete them or close your account.
You are responsible for the content you submit for audit,including any personal information of third parties. Avoid pasting sensitive third-party PII (private addresses, financial details, government IDs); redact before audit when in doubt.
Account data. API key hashes, credit balances, and usage counts are stored in Vercel KV. Email addresses are stored for account management. Sessions are 24-hour tokens kept in your browser's localStorage and validated server-side.
Wallet ↔ email linking. If you link a Solana wallet to your email account, we store that association so audits and credits work across both sign-in channels. This connects your on-chain wallet activity on this service to your email address. Unlink at any time from /history; the underlying audit buckets stay intact so you can re-link later or sign in by the other channel.
Developer API. Audits made with an API key are recorded under the key owner's email and visible in their history. If you share an API key with teammates, all of their audits land in your account's history under that email.
Account deletion. Sign in at /history and use “Delete my account” to purge your audit history, credit balance, API keys, and linked wallets. The deletion is immediate and irreversible; aggregate counters (total audits, unique users) are not affected. You can also email support@fernwillowholdings.com for assistance.
We do not sell or share your data. Anonymized, aggregate usage statistics (total audits, burn counts, unique-user counts) may be displayed publicly.
The service is provided as-is with no uptime guarantee. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. If the service is discontinued, unused credit balances will not be refunded.
$avoid is a community-created token on Solana. It is not a security, investment contract, or financial instrument. Token burns are a product mechanic, not a guarantee of value appreciation. Do your own research. Not financial advice.
The service is provided without warranty of any kind. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for credits in the 30 days preceding a claim. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page.
